This November, we encourage you to connect with others - individuals, makers, small business owners, creatives and skaters - and give yourself some much needed time out from your busy life!

Come to our Skate & Create market on the lower ground floor in the Corn Exchange to meet creative people and skaters from across the UK.

Some of our makers will be running workshops - we advise you to book if you would like to secure a space with them to avoid disappointment.

Our shop on the main concourse will be open as usual all day Saturday and Sunday.

Macramé by Ronké - macramé leash making workshop.

Make a skate leash in your choice of colours.  This workshop is suitable for those who have never knotted before.

Babb Sabbath / Third Eye Signs - Kieran will be painting flash on your helmet or skates.  Please allow time for this to dry!

£15 pre-booked for a helmet painting (eg. roller derby name and number) or £20 on the day.

Streamadelica - skate streamer cape making workshop.

Kathryn will be running workshops to make your own skate cape!

Our supplier Lou will be at our skate market with a range of her lace charms and more.

Rollin' with Laura - handmade accessories and jewellery for you!

Bags by Lesley - beautiful upcycled and hardwearing denim bags.

Skater Booty - We are Skater Booty for all things bootiful!  WASB shorts, halters, t-shirts and more.

Meg's Medicinals - Organic plant-based medicines for the mind, body and soul straight from Mama Earth. Come and pick up some soothing balm for those times you've fallen, or need the determination to keep going!

Skate Everywhere Project - these wonderful folks started a patch project to keep you motivated to skate during lockdown.  Find a range of lovely patches design by them.

Jiggy Creationz - Jiggy Creationz presents the #LonelySkates Project. This project centres around expressing yourself creatively when you are unable to physically roller skate, whilst exploring the mental wellness challenges skaters experience on their skate journey.

Jiggy will also be leading some Mind drawing workshops - book your spot with him.

Roller Girl Gang - we will have an area to test out wheels from our wheel library.

We will also be running a screen printing station for you to screen print one of our designs on your own gear.  Be part of our Roller Girl Gang by branding your own gear or choose one of our cotton tote bags.

We will have the full Antik AR2 and Riedell 220 boots available to try and will be taking orders for custom skates.

Cancellation policy:

Should there be any unavoidable cancellations by either ourselves or the maker, you will have your full ticket price refunded.
