Our shop has felt a bit lost without people in it! We have stocked the shelves with as much as we can, and cannot wait to welcome you back.

We would like to remind you that if you have bought roller skates from us, we would love it if you can find time to pop in with your skates and have your photo taken for our community wall.
Our shop will be closed to customers in the morning, as we will be packing any online orders that have come in overnight. Our delivery aim within the UK is to dispatch goods within 48 hours, so you receive your skate stuffs (that are in stock) within 5-7 working days. Even with all the problems the pandemic has caused with delays to delivery, we have *mostly* managed to achieve our delivery aim.
Trying on Roller Skates In-Store
That's the whole point of a roller skate shop, right? To try skates on and find out what fits? We are happy to help wherever we can, and will always do our best to answer any questions.
You can find answers to our most popular questions about roller skate size and expected delivery here. If you would like to try on suede roller skates, we ask that you wear disposable gloves, which we will provide. We may not have every type of roller skate available to try on and roll about in, but we can certainly measure your foot and support you with fitting.
Staying Safe in-store
Our Corn Exchange Store is pretty small, actually, it's tiny, so we can only have 3 customers in the shop at a time. If the shop is full, you're welcome to take a seat on our bench outside until we have room for you. Thank you for understanding. If you are just coming to collect an order, providing you have received your pick-up ready email, you can just holler at us and we will bring it right out. Everybody entering the Corn Exchange will be required to wear a face covering (or clearly display your exemption badge) and please do your best to stay 2m apart from those not in your bubble. We are happy for you to browse, please do not touch products unless you are purchasing them. We have been busy building a lot more storage space so we can make our small space work even harder. If you can't see something, just ask!
Online and in-store
Once our shop opens to customers each day, our in-store customers will have priority over goods. This means, should an order come in for a pair of skates, it's the last pair, and a customer in the shop happens to be checking them out, they will have priority. We will have notifications switched on for online orders, so if we hear a little 'ping' we should be able to pick and pack your order during the afternoon. In-store customers will not be able to purchase anything we have already packed for online orders. Once it is on our packing shelf, it is safe! We think this is the fairest way to provide service to both our online and in-store customers.
We are able to accept cash or card payments and will send you an electronic receipt should you want one.
We will also have a little 'sold as seen' sale corner in our shop, for the best bargains, one-offs and samples! Many of these will be in-store only.
Return of our Thursday Shop-and-Skate night 6.30pm - 8pm

Booking a spot is £5, and you will receive a gift voucher for £5 for our shop.
Skate and shop booking is staggered, with booking opening 2 weeks in advance.
