As this is a new feature, we're still ironing out the design and features. If you have any suggestions or something you would like to see, please hit reply :)

Supporting you to support more skaters

We want to support those who are supporting the skate community. We carefully select who we are able to offer support to, and review this regularly. As a small business ourselves, we cannot afford to give everyone a discount!

We are currently offering a Freshers discount in the shop until the 30th of October, contact your roller skate society for more info, LAU Roller Society (@lau_roller_society) and LUU Roller Skating Society (@luurollerskating).

We know that roller derby is expensive. Most leagues have kit you can borrow to get you started, but there will come a point (usually after you've used the hire pads...) when it's time to invest in your own. We are delighted to sponsor Leeds Roller Derby and Wakey Wheeled Cats. If your roller derby team is based in Yorkshire, drop us an email and let's chat about how we could support your league. shop@rollergirlgang.co.uk !

Skate Titbit

If your trucks are too short for some wider wheels, or if you have speed washers on, invert your axel nut to keep your wheels on and spinning!

That's edition #1 over-and-out!

Have a great weekend folks.

Your dedicated shop team,

Emily, Janey and Sophie
