Having run a small business (more than) full time over the last 5 years, Mel is ready to help you uncover stories that may well be holding you back. You may wonder why you need a workshop for this? The difficulty with this kind of inner work, is you won't even realise the stories you are holding onto. However, moving these out of your way will help you move past them and prevent them from continuing to limit you. If you are someone who suffers from Imposter Syndrome and its debilitating effects, it may be time for you to push back and take back the power for yourself!

This event is being held under the ProspHER banner as a joint event that seeks to empower folks with passion and purpose to live fulfilling and impactful lives.

As the first workshop of its kind at The Skate Sanctuary, please let us know if you would prefer an online of in-person event.

In the future, expect us to bring back inspirational speakers, including other small business owners to share their journey, professionals to help you cope with stress management and wellbeing, confidence development through movement and lots more!

*People looking for an easy answer. You WILL be required to look at yourself in a way that will likely be uncomfortable - you may not be ready to do this.

*Folks looking for accounting / financial support - this will not be covered.

How much will it cost?

This depends on the frequency of meetings the group decide.

We plan to have options for sponsored places, so the people who need this information the most, are able to access it.

Tickets will be £25 for 3 hours, including a goody bag, sweet treat and cups of tea.

Please complete the application if you would like to be part of this group. By completing the application, you are NOT committed to joining, nor will we necessarily accept everyone who completes an application. It is important that we curate a group who will benefit from shared wisdom, yet will also gently challenge each other. As applications arrive, we will update you weekly by email. We will not be able to run meetings unless we achieve a minimum number of attendees.
