Want those new skates but actually have to live too?

Here at Roller Girl Gang, we are proud to offer a wide range of high quality items and understand the investment you're making into your skates – if looked after well, your skates will last for years.

 

We strive to help and make access to this equipment as accessible as possible.

 

We can now offer you the option of spreading the cost of any purchase over £150 with a 50% deposit. This can be used for purchases of one or more items* and is also applicable to custom builds and Colorlabs.
*Please note this for the purchase of goods only and excludes all classes, events, and parties.

**This is not a credit plan - goods will be dispatched on your invoice being fully paid off.**

 

If you would like your skate goodies straight away, please see ClearPay or Paypal Pay Later where you can spread the cost interest free over 3-4 installments through the checkout of the Roller Girl Gang website. You are subject to their individual terms and conditions.

We have a series of blog posts on our website about our products and now offer fitting, build and Colorlab appointments.  These give you the opportunity to have dedicated time with a member of the team to help you with any questions you may have, please see the website for further details and booking.

We will require 50% of the total price as a deposit and you can take decide up to 4 months to spread the cost. Once your invoice is fully paid, your goods will be dispatched.

Payments can be made using debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal or in cash. For cash payments over £500 we require additional safe guarding and will require photo identification e.g. Driver’s license or passport and you will need to sign a copy of your receipt for our records.

When PayPal, their usual buyer protection and terms and conditions apply.

There is no interest charged during your payment plan!

Cancellation fee / non-payment by due date = 10% of the total amount will be retained by us. Please note that this does not apply to Colorlab orders, for further details please see below.

Using a Payment plan for your Custom Build or Colorlab order:

Thinking about the Riedell Colorlab boot? How exciting!!

 

We can give you a quote for most Colorlab boots straight away (lots are even listed on the website!) however if you would like any extras, including embroidery, there will be an extra cost. We will confirm this price with you when we hear from Riedell. Please supply a design mock up to assist Riedell with providing a quote.

When placing a Colorlab order a 50% deposit will be required, this deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable. If the order is cancelled before Riedell have begun production, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance of the boots. Once they have gone into production with Riedell, cancellation is not possible, the full balance will be required within 14 days of the boots arriving in the UK. Colorlab boots as a custom order are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
They are however covered under Riedell’s warranty if any manufacturing issues were found, this does not cover general wear and tear. Whilst we are happy to help you with your Colorlab order form, it is the responsibility of the customer to carefully check all the details of the Colorlab order form for any errors and to inform Roller Girl Gang of any changes before final confirmation of the order.

For custom builds a 50% deposit is required to order parts. You will be updated and notified of parts arriving and the remaining balance will be due within 14 days of notification of all parts arriving at the shop. The build will not take place until the full payment has been received, payments can be made in store, online via invoice, by payment link or in cash.
