Here is the first in the Tutorial series for members.
I chose jumps to start with as we all need a bit more bounce in our lives!
Start with two footed jumps and move on to styling it out a little. There are also options if you are very anxious and need to build up slowly.
Remember that all skills take time to master, so be kind to yourself. If you video yourself and watch it back, you may feel like you're flying high but actually be only a cm off the ground! Remember it's how you feel and not how you look that matters.
