Our shop gang love to get to know you and hear your story about what has finally made you feel like now is your time. Over the hundreds of skate fittings we've done in the few years our shop has been open (and we've been allowed to have you in it!) the stories you have shared with us have been incredibly vulnerable and humbling.
We want to offer our shop exclusively for private skate fittings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and will open our shop just for you. We will continue to reply to emails, pack and post your orders, but we need some time to have a little skate too! (When you are not doing the thing that helps you manage your wellbeing, then something needs to change!) You can totally chance coming along to the shop, but if we are not expecting you, we may not be there.
Bring a friend or partner with you - they can even order a coffee from Cafe Bruschetta (and have it delivered to our shop) - and make a bit of an afternoon of visiting the Corn Exchange!
By booking a skate fitting, we can prepare for you. Let us know a few details about what you want, as well as your shoe size and we will pull out skate models we have for you to try.
We will give you an exclusive 45 minutes of our time. There is no need to rush to make a decision during the fitting. You may want us to order in a different colour of skates in your size for example. You'll get a voucher for the cost of the fitting that is valid off your skate purchase for the next 2 weeks.
We make a charge for our skate fitting appointments, as we need to ensure we have staff who are properly trained and make sure the shop is ready to receive you.
