To support your changing roller skate needs, we are launching an exchange service on all roller skates purchased from Roller Girl Gang Roller Skate Shop. Subject to the condition of the skates or boots you're exchanging, we'll offer you up to half of the price you paid for them against a new pair of skates or boots.
We want folks to use the best possible equipment they can to support their developing skate needs - better boots tend to have better support for the arches and ankles, offer a higher comfort level so you can skate for longer and just match your needs better.
For the exchange we ask you to bring the skates or boots in clean, and your Roller Girl Gang receipt from the original purchase. The exchange is dependent on the boots being in a re-saleable condition; you'll get up to 50% back depending on wear & tear. If the wheels or toe stop are too worn or the upper has holes in it or is very marked then we cannot exchange, but you will have made some incredible memories in them.

We are unable to provide this as cash, the offer will be redeemed as a voucher only, to be redeemed at the point of exchange against a new pair of boots or skates.
We are not able to issue a gift voucher to use another time.
We will donate or sell on the boots your bring back to us.
We are happy to also include skate boots purchased from us, where the plate may have been purchased from elsewhere, where you want to upgrade only the boot. The boot will be subject to the same assessment as full skates.
We must see a shop receipt, either electronic or paper, to qualify. We are unable to accept bank transactions as proof of purchase.
We need to see your boots in person to assess their condition. We are unable to provide quotes via email or WhatsApp.
